One of the greatest thrills of living in Pensacola was to go to the Blue Angels practice sessions. Simply an unbelievable experience. The thrill of not only seeing the Angels, but the roar of the engines. They practice at N.A.S. Pensacola in the winter at their home field. Just check on line for a schedule of dates and times. While at N.A.S. also plan to check out the National Museum of Navel Aviation. The museum is free, and the Angels practice is also free. Plan to arrive early for practice and plan several hours in the museum. Enjoy the thrill.
