Coal

Coal production is in high gear  

Coal is used to produce electricity 

More now than ever.

Why? ... Higher Demand for electricity. 

Despite the highly tainted benefit of EVs,
(electric vehicles)

Being "green"  and good for the environment...

The overall positive/negative effect is questionable. 

More coal is being mined and burned  

to produce more electricity.

And as the use of EVs increases,

more coal will have to be burned.

(not exactly green)

Plus... Charging stations outside the cities

are using diesel generators to generate electric

to charge electric vehicles. 

What's the logic in all of this?
