That there are government prograns to help people in debt. College loans... credit card debt... and bankruptcy laws.
I'm sorry... Okay, not sorry. I've been responsible all my life. Worked hard, met all my obligations, and PAID MY BILLS. What gives people the right to be negligent and irresponsible and feel like the tax payers and comsumers should foot the bill for their debt.
Most people have at some point experienced crushing debt... and most did without things for several years to get out from under that debt. Not only denying "wants", but some "needs" to pay off that debt.
Others continue to increasingly put themselves in debt, and now expect that that irresponsible debt be forgiven.
Government handouts is part of the problem ... encouraging irresponsiblity and simply buying their votes by giving handouts.

Banks are another part if the problem giving more and more credit card limits to those that spend irresponsibly.
BUT ULTIMATELY ITS THE PERSON THAT IS IRRESPONSIBLE... and should not be able to walk away debt free. Debt forgiven. While the tax payers and consemers pay the price.
ITS JUST WRONG
PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
But that is just my perspective.
Agree if you are responsible.
Disagree if you're not.
(you are part of the problem)
