Back to the house you built. 
You will only be disappointed & heart broken to see it.

This was my house...

Pride & joy... kept pristine... House & yard. 

And now... 20 years later...

After I sold it. 

Natural wood deck... painted to cover

Total lack of maintenance. 
Poorly painted at that.

Was a screen room...

Concrete sunken

Lights that are 45 years old 

Outlet falling off post

45 year old fence falling apart,  decaying away

Oddly enough... picnic table 

From 45 years ago... Still there.
