Digital Time

Digital Clocks / Watches and Time.

Time itself is somewhat of an mysterious anomaly. Time has the illustration of sometimes going slow, sometimes fast. Memories in the past are affected too... some older memories seems relatively sooner, while sooner things sometimes seem so long ago. Then there's the false impression of time verses reality where reality indicates that something happened 20 or 30 years ago and you first thought was... OMG, where did the time go?

Now enter the digital age.  It's now just hands on the clock that are normally viewed in general terms. You don't read  "hands clock" as 7:58... You just see that it's almost 8 o'clock. But in the digital age,  the numbers are not only precise,  by they are like burned into your memory and conscience mind. Wow.. IT'S 7:58.

Add to this the unlikely hood of the same number repeating itself over and over with an uncanny regularity that stands out far beyond any other number. But do you really see that number many more times than others? Or are you just sensitive to that number that seems to be ever present every time you look at the digital clock? So you remember it more. Quite the quandary.

But there clearly is something that goes way beyond being merely coincidental. For me,  the number 3 pops up with increasingly regularity. Beyond the 3 o'clock hour there's only the mathematical odds of seeing 30 minute something at 1 to 6 odds. The odds of seeing two 3's together, as in 33 minutes,  is even higher at 1 in 60.
The odds of seeing 3:33 are only 2 to 1,440 odds, or 1 to 720.
(1,440 minutes in a 24 hour day). So the odds of seeing 3:33 repeated regularly is very small. So when it happens quite regularly it's quite the anomaly.

2 to 3 times a week I'll look at the time in the middle of the night and see exactly 3:33 am. 8 hours sleep equals 480 minutes. Somewhere in the middle of the night, lets say it 240 minutes. So I should, by the odds, mathematically only see the time 3:33 once every 240 middle of the night, one time glances at the clock. So waking up in the middle of the night to look at the digital clock one time,  I should only see the time of 3:33am only three times in a year. Yet... I will wake up to see 3:33am on the clock 2-3 times each week. Much more than a coincidence.

Some theories say that 333 is an angel number.  Or the universe is sending you a message that everything is going to be alright.
Idoeno!

Last night... woke up in the middle of the night,  once again to see 3:33 on my watch... big bright digital numbers. Went back to sleep, woke up at 6:33. I'm glad I'm not superstitious in a negative way otherwise I'd be concerned. Could be all about something good happening,  or something bad not happening.. Gone unnoticed in your daily life. Again... Idoeno.

But there is something to it.
This has been going on for several years.
Occasionally stops, then returns.

Wonder how many others experience this
 phenomenon of time and numbers.
