Test... For the next 30 seconds

We shall conduct a test

Of the American Constitution. 
Every government politician will be 

Required to pass this simple test. 
Again it will only take 30 sections. 
Why only 30 seconds? 
Because they will all FAIL in 30 seconds.

Most will fail with the first three words...

"We the People".

The people at large are their last

Consideration if at all.

Their first concern is themselves.

This occupies 90% of their efforts. 
How much money they can make. 
How many deals they can make.

How they can stay in power. 
5% helps family and friends.  
The last 4% is the welfare handouts

To buy the welfare votes. 
Again to keep them in office,

To keep them in power. 

When you really think about it...

99% of what they do

It's too benefit themselves. 

But wait... Where's the other 1% ?

That is what accidentally reaches

"We the People".
