Football Sunday...
Always great to watch good games. Exciting games. Close games that change the lead back and forth. UNLESS it's you home team that always seem to play a nail biter. Especially when thay play teams with losing records. Lots of anxiety throughout the game on those nail biters... then especially disappointing when they loose. The Ravens seem to live in the anxiety zone in every game.
In past games our quarterback, that is hyped up beyond his ability and mental smartness to play the game, has been less than he needs to be. Three of the losses we solely on the shoulders of Jackson.

Repeated bad decisions, missed throws, and interception turnovers plague his performance. Sometimes he is saved by his physical ability to run, which isn't enough to overcome his ability to make smart decisions and accurate throws.
Today... he had lots of help to loose the game.
And while we all rooted for the team, anxiety overshadowed the entire game. It's always great to win, even on an ugly game... but they really earned the right to loose for everything they failed to do.
The looses are not bad luck... It's over confidence and lack of execution... and bad decisions.
Maybe next week... They can all get their act together.
