Truth in advertising?
Purposefully receiving consumers?
You bet!
With this so called deal... You get wow... a whole bucket of chicken over filled to the top... amazing... but seeings believing... right? No, it's a deception done on purpose. You get 5 legs and 5 thighs both of which are much smaller than years ago, that barely fill the bucket 1/3 of the way... verses the flowing over the top advertisement. So you get the 10 small pieces of chicken (legs & thighs), plus what they call 2 large mashed potatoes (instant... not even real), and 4 biscuits for $20.
Perhaps it's just me... but obvious deception in advertising makes my wonder what else they are being deceitful about. Not that it matters to me. Original recipe is flavorful but is always greasy... Crispy is always too dry. Not planning on going there anyway. Why? Because I love that chicken at Popeyes!
