Personal Note

On a more personal note:

Physiological Changes? Usually I only sleep about 6 hours a night. Past couple of nights less than 4 hours sleep... and don't feel tired (no naps)... and I'm still alert... good to go. And after 4 hours sleep, here I am up since 2:30am. 8 hours sleep in the last 60 plus hours. So what's different? Idoeno. Bp averages are generally down... 120/70/60pulse. Eating less food and cutting back on carbs and sugars. More active for doing things... and have this mental urge to always be doing something. Now there's a potentially bad side effect...always feeling the need to be doing something. Waiting for the crash that doesn't seem to be coming... or perhaps it's too early. Starting to feel a little like the movie "Phenomenon"... all kinds of little "what if" ideas... but still waiting for the big 'Holy Shit" ideas. If this continues... waiting for the ideas on how to feed the world, have endless energy, and have everyone just get along... and answer the question... "Are we alone"? Rambling? Maybe.
