Day One at Disney... Epcot Flower & Garden Show. Got our Florida Resident Annual Passes to Disney, and went to Epcot first thing. Just as wonderful as we remembered. So many flowers and gardens. Unlimited fun for 365 days. The park had "medium" crowds and was fairly easy to get around and get photos. We were only there for 4 hours... took it easy the first day back... but still took lots of photos. You may ask... more photos... what could we possibly take that you don't already have? Well, ya always see new things, and in new ways. Plus... even if a photo of the same thing... ya just might get that perfect combination of just the right light, in just the right way, to have a "perfect" photo of an old favorite! Great to see new things, but funny how old favorites are no longer there. Like back in Germany, there's the train garden, but the Tower Home of Rapunzel from the movie is gone. So many times special feature displays, shows, or attractions from what were "current" movies appear, and when the movie time has passed, the special event is removed. Such was true of the Mardi Gras show in the riverboat in Magic Kingdom. A great show to feature the movie "The Princess & the Frog"... and once the movie hit... the show was gone! Next time we'll go in a bit later to see the evening fireworks! Still magical! Don't mind my face in this photo... it was at the end of the day after walking for 4 hours... still… lots of Fun!
