But here’s your options:

Check the Disney website for complete and up to date prices and restrictions.

But this will get you started to thinking.

Lots of folks have asked me about the best way to see Disney (price wise). Well… there’s no big secret… the more you want to go into the parks, the cheaper it is per day. Regular “day” admission tickets is what most people buy… they are only here a short time and only plan to go into the parks several times, usually 5-7 days. That’s when you pay the most… days 1-2 is the most expensive. A one day ticket is the worse at $124/day. Ya get a bit of a price break days 3-5 (see chart). And a 5 day ticket is $65/day… some savings!  Days 6-10 are only $5 more per day. So a 10 day ticket is only  $37/day… a much better deal if you can be here for 10 or more day. Keep in mind that park tickets, by the day, expire in 14 days from first use (unless they changed the limits).

Options? … yes… there are always options.  Non Florida Resident annual pass. Good 365 days for $574. So if you are going to be here for a while, like a season… lets say 3 months, your price is about $48/week… and if you go into the parks 3 times a week, that’s about $16/day. Good deal if you are a big Disney Fan.

t2

Best options goes to Florida residents. Three great packages to choose from. Annual Pass which includes parking (a $14 savings per day on the parking fee). If you are here 3 months for a season it comes out to about $37 a week, or for 3 visits/week, about $12/day. ($19 for 2/wk) and includes the parking. We plan on going into Disney 2-3 times per week. Lets say an average of 10 times a month. $452 by 3 months equals $150/month, by 10 visits equal about $15/day (and the parking is free). If you are here longer, like we are planning ( 9 out of the next 12 months), that’s about $50/month… 10 visits per month comes out to about $5 per day to get into Disney.

t3

Other options are the Seasonal pass… same as annual BUT ya have to pay for parking and there are blackout dates… holidays and June 8 – late August. So if you are going to be here “off season” this might be a good deal… but figure in the parking ay $14/day. The difference of $134 in tickets means that only 10 trips in (10 parking fee days) make the seasonal pass cost the same as the annual pass with includes the parking. Anything more then 10 day… and your in a hole. So do the math.

t4

The “Weekday” pass is like the seasonal ( black out dates)… but only good weekdays. okay… maybe a better deal. Only $211 and a savings of $240 over the annual pass. But keep in mind the parking fees. Save $240 but parking will eat up the savings… 17 parking days, and the savings are gone.

t5

So… the best deal… depends on how many times you go into the parks… for us it the annual pass. A bit of a crunch in the beginning…. but with the free parking… the best deal.

Since we are here basically on vacation for 9 months…

$50/month…

unlimited park access and parking.

Now that’s a vacation!

A whole month for less then ½ the price of a 1 day ticket.
