Simpler Times 

Simple times... Easy times...

In many ways,  better times. 

One example:

Kids today will never know the joy

of riding up to a roadside stand

and getting a ice cold frosted mug

of rootbeer on tap

(not canned or bottled).

5¢ was a bit before my time. 

Smooth and delicious! 
I remember 15¢ then 25¢.

Add ice cream for a 

rootbeer float for 35¢.

Nothing better on a hot summer day. 
Now... Just a cherished memory.
