Almost got stuck…

Almost got stuck… all this white stuff can sometimes just be too much. We went for a short drive and it wasn’t long before the cleared roads came to an end. It wasn’t too bad at the start, everything was piled up on the sides of the road… and then… nothing but white… everywhere… and we ended up having to walk through it. We did walk for quite some time… but made it back home safely. Some people call this winter fun! Idoeno! 
 

We found a place to park

 

Some places were knee deep…
especially in the drifts.

then it was time to walk

but it was pretty… no footprints…
and the ripples from the wind…

and then, the sun came out…

sure glad we had a shovel & bucket.

and Shelly says…

”This is why no one will talk to me in the wintertime”

and I can not figure it out!
