Reflection

Meals should be planned in advance and given careful reflection as to personal preferences. Balancing each meal to achieve nutritional goals. 
Breakfast is perhaps the most important. 

And the choices are:
Eggs... any style
English muffins or biscuits.
Hash browns or tator tots.
Pancakes.
Bacon & sausage.
Bacon & spam.
Bacon, sausage, & spam.
