Strange AwakeningsBeing stirred to being awake from sleep. Somewhere between deep sleep and starting to awake to a full consciousness... there's the twilight realm that seems semi real... Somewhere between dreams and awake. Physically real? Or part of a imagined make believe world of dreams? Momentsry strange unusual feelings both physically and mentally in a shadowy semi conscious state of awareness.
Being stirred awake and the sensation of someone momentarily gently shaking your feet to wake you ... when there is no one there.
Strange to say the least. Physical manifestation of your body or something else... Clearly unexplained. Imagination? One thing is for certain, reviewing my smart watch monitor via my smart phone, my blood oxygen level dipped to 90% each time I was awakened by the sensation of someone gently shaking my feet to wake me up. Normally its 98% awake and 95% sleeping. Coincidence? This happened 4 times lately. Strange indeed.
Logical... not really. No matter how logical, being open minded to possibilites, irreguardless of probabilities... well, you decide. Perhaps you have experienced something that was not open to logical explaination. A sense of something present, yet unseen. A overwhelming attraction to some historical event as if you experienced it first hand, even thought it occured before you were born.
A sense of having been someplace that you have never been before, while knowing what is around the corner before you get there. You are near or able to touch something historical, a artifact from long ago... a thing or a place... and have a feeling of familiarity beyond any logical explanation.
Once while visiting a battlefield in Yorktown Virginia, walking around the fortifications known as readouts, an unexplained experience manifested itself where like an conscious haze, I could faintly hear sounds of the cannons and rifles and smell the spent gunpowder.
Not spooky or scary... not real... but something. Unexplained.
But I guess this happens to others... right?Reality is perception. Perception is different for everyone.
Just something to think about on this cold winters day.
