Doctor Google... Confused?
ABSOLUTELY!
The internet is a great source of information and entertainment. It's great for many things... But not so much for medical information. Why? With the narrow scope of inputed information, the results can be way off target for your actual issues. Even simple searches for information, even from what is considered qualified sources, you will get conflicting results. One source will say something is good... Another will say is bad. Especially for dietary needs. So much confusion over the search results.
Add to this, there's all the sites that have grand solutions, even miracle remedies and cures. They lead you down the merry path to information... Outrageous claims... Outrageous benefits... Testimonials... and research data. Only to find out that you either have to join some program or buy these miracle supplements that promise to cure the biggest medical issues.
I just wanted some basic information on dietary suggestions... but clearly google is so inundated with conflicting information and people selling miracle cures... the equivalent of 18th century snake oil... with pie in the sky remedies for the unbelievable price of $89 for a 30 day supply.
