McMorning. It's when you want a quick breakfast and you pull into the local McDonald's to get your favorite breakfast sandwich. It's October 1st... It's still dark... and your frame of mind is focused on the 31 days of Halloween which started a mere 6 hours ago... at the stroke of midnight. Sounds rather ominous as you contemplate all the spooky things you are going to do getting ready for Halloween. You place your order ... drive up to the pickup window with the dark tinted glass. The door slides open quickly with a swish and snap... and there's the moment that they were waiting for... The moment where your heart skips a few beats...  

Clearly... I'm not the only person that thinks that the season of Halloween begins on October 1st.  Well... I'm wide awake now!
