5 weeks in... Exercises... everyday is like starting at the bottom of the hill, working my way towards the top, towards the goal and repeat. Progress... step by step... climbing the hill everyday.
Today, a breakthrough. I Usually reach a certain point where I've pretty well done. Today but only did I reach that point, but easily passed it, and kept going. Like reaching the top of the hill, going over the top, and everything was easy. Feels great to turn a corner on a current goal, and easily go on. What a good feeling. Time to set some news goals and work towards them.
