Question for yourself... Why does politicians, thus the government, the news media, and every social media outlet relentlessly promote social division. Grouping people into segregated interests, ethnic groups, religious factions, economic situations, and even generational groups... not to promote strengths by diversity... But encourage more social division and prejudice towards each other. And the masses are following their lead creating more social division, and prejudice. Why? We\"re all in this together is a good slogan... But not reality is completely different. Are the powers to be using a magicians trick? Create an overwhelming crisis and controversy so we\"re not watching what they\"re doing? Does the word propaganda say anything? Diversity is no longer a strength... it\"s a tool to create division... Despite any positive intent implied. No wonder why each earlier generation viewed their life simpler.
But that\"s just my perspective. And perhaps something to think about.
They say older folks are simply out of touch with reality... too old to understand... Simply because we don\"t agree with the latest generation. We have a broader scope of experience years beyond their life span and have witnessed the changes... the mentality of social division and prejudice.
