In the News

In the News...
I basically hate watching the news.  While some news is important to me,  moist is depressing and disheartening. As the news media sensationalizes negative stories and slant their reporting to fit their own political agenda, more and more stories are annoying to say the least, and socially detrimental to say the most. Negative stories, told with agendas to sway public opinion,  half truths,  out right deception... There's no why the general public reacts in one of two ways. Becoming desensitized and basically avoiding the news media, or falling into the medias sensationalized reporting and becoming emotionally charged , creating even more social unrest.
Then the news is certainly narrow sighted continuously reporting the same spectrum of stories. Well rounded unbiased news reporting has long since died.
But I digress... Interesting news today comes from the not only the local news focus on weather,  but international via BBC news. World wide,  this winters snow fall seems to be some of the greatest in recent history.  World wide snowfall not only has more cumulation per event, but storms are lasting longer, and frequency of snow storms is increasing. That is... If what you hear in the news is accurate.
So I guess you need to draw your own conclusions.
Y'all stay safe and warm.
