One of the joys of camping… in an old fashioned way.
“Mountain Pies”
Fixed over the hot coals of the campfire.
Two pieces of buttered bread
( buttered on the outside)
Fillings of choice… be it fruit…
or pizza.. or anything you want.
Close handles… put over the coals.
Toasty on the outside… delicious topping sealed on the inside…
all nice a warm (mostly hot) right out of the fire.
Nothing better around the campfire.
Yummy!
