The Two Party Political System
It certainly sounds like it's as perfect as perfect can be. Checks and balances to endure the trust of the population. It's suppose to sound good, the best that can be done... at least that's the mind set they have instilled in us all our lives. And despite of everything we see and evaluate for ourselves, all the short comings, the political turmoil, the following of political party agendas, no matter the consequences... things are not working as intended. Amazing how congressional votes almost completely go along with party lines, party agendas. It all starts with the canidates presented by each party, none are good choices... they are no doubt candidates that agree with the party agendas. Two parties that never agree on anything, and blame the other for every short coming, who's at fault for not accomplishing anything positive. Note: I read that most everyone in congress is a multi millionaire... clearly not for the things that are accomplished for the public good. Does anyone truly believe any one in congress is worth a good spit? Except for maybe those that are brain washed to believe that everything is perfectly alright, and can't think for themselves. The outlook? Nothing will change for the better... things will never get better with the current political situation. Sad to feel this way.
