You know that those peaceful relaxing summer evenings have finally arrived when it gets dark outside and you see lightin' bugs, or if you prefer, fireflies, twinkling in the dark. Strangely enough... I only saw only one. One single firefly. I've never ever seen just one firefly before. But there it was. Floating across the yard.. flash... flash... flash. I watched for several minutes to see others. Nope, just that one single firefly. And then he was gone. I guess seeing only one means summer evenings are on the way, but not here quite just yet. Either way... I'll take it as a sign of good luck.
