We need to make this... It's soup season. Hearty vegetable beef soup. Beef, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, some beans, some corn... ok, delete the peas... but add some pasta. Some onions would be nice. And make it a bit more brothy. Maybe even some bits of crumbled sausage. We'll need something to break up the 12 days of turkey. Fala...la...lala...lala...la...la.
