DWTS

DWTS.... Dancing with the Stars Tv Show.
We have watched this show nearly since the beginning. Lots of great dancers and performances.  And over time we've seen some of the stars leave before they should have... leaving lessor celebrity dancers to remain despite the judges scores. There was even one season when one of the judges after a few weeks into the competition actually said in discuss,  that one of the celebrity stars hard to go, he was that bad. He were absolutely terrible and didn't even try. The problem is the fan base for popularity.  Too many times in the past, better celebrity dancers were sent home in favor of a popularity vote by the audience to save someone that certainly was not as good a dancer.
It's a dancing competition... not a popularity competition.
This current season took the audience popularity vote to an extreme. Yes, congrats to everyone's efforts... but coming into the semi finals & finals, and of the best celebrity dancers was sent home, again due to the popularity vote to save a lessor dancer. Even the lesser dancer said on the show that he should have been to one to go home. This has happened several times before.  This season ended with the clearly worse celebrity dancer winning the competition... solely on the popularity vote of the audience, against all the judges scores. This was by far the biggest injustice in the shows history.  The producers have had many indications in the past of this situation,  and apparently have done nothing. With this latest season, and the winner solely winning by an audience popularity vote... I can't express my dissatisfaction and disappointment on the voting process. Judging and winning is for the best dancers... not the one with the biggest fan base popularly vote.
Actually looking for one of two outcomes... revise the judging process and illuminate  audience popularity vote... or don't have another season. Otherwise, we will not watch this show again. Read the comments of viewers everywhere... They all express the same feelings. This should be a wake up call for the producers as ratings fall, revenues fall, and the show goes into further decline.
