Sleep... I give up

SLEEP... I Give Up.


Normal sleep 6-8 hours of continuous sleep is what the body should be getting... or at least that's what we are told. 
For months now, this can only be achieved with prescription sleep aids. Drugs that have you feel bad when you wake up, feel bad all day long, and still feel tired by mid afternoon.  

I GIVE UP. 
Now my sleep routine is to just let it create its own cycle. 


Go to sleep at 10-11pm, get up at 1-2 am, awake for 2-3 hours, go back to bed from 4-7am... wake up feeling better... no daytime naps... overall, feel better. 
REPEAT EVERYDAY.

Such is life over 70.
