Baked potatoes... yes! Butter... No!
Coffee... yes! Sugar & creamer... No!
Home cooked meals... yes!
Restaurants.... NO!
ONE OF THE GREATEST JOYS IN LIFE IS FOOD.
Take away those joys... life sucks!

Foods you find no joy in.
My father had a greatly restricted diet
for ten long years... he hated it.
NOT eating anything he enjoyed.
Decided he had enough.
Ate what he wanted for the next two years...
