Space sci-fi shows were truly out there. Stop action puppets in the Thunderbirds... OMG today. Space 1999... the purple hair was intriguing but those jump suits... pure failure. Buck Rogers characters and their costumes were somewhere lost in space. Speaking of Lost in Space... Dr. Smith would have been left behind at the first opportunity. Laugh-in would be pure stupid by today's standards. Comedy was just too wacky.
Those thrilling days of yesteryear seemed to associated with westerns... but that's another story for another time.
It might be amusing to watch a few minutes of them today... after that you'd think how did I ever watch these.
BTW... never complain about what
you had to watch as a kid...
