Resting on the lawn. It's a beautiful day. Sunny, 75, light breeze... a great day to take a break, lay down on the soft grass... close my eyes and relax for a few minutes. Peaceful and quiet... Until I heard a noise, opened my eyes to see several buzzards circling above me. Life in the country. So much for resting on the lawn... sure glad I didn't fall asleep.

Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes verses crappy cakes.
Maryland Crab Cakes made with jumbo lump crab meat and no fillers.
Verses
Southern crab cakes made with celery, onions, red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, whole kernel corn, lots of fillers, and some crab meat... Real plus imitation.
Yep crappy cakes!
I'm sure you can see the difference.
Best Day...
Best Day at Disney ever. Magic Kingdom special event good for only 112 people by special Disney Blog invite. Special All Nighter to kick off the premiere of Monsters University. Special party, exclusive breakfast, character greet, and a private screening of the movie in advance of the public release.
Great day at Disney. Even though our Disney days are behind us, we have tons of memories.
crabs
Crabs! If you're from the Maryland / Virginia Chesapeake Bay area then you grew up enjoying streamed blue Crabs. Over the years the price has gone up dramatically... Currently $70 - $90+ per dozen, no doubt due to high demand.
Florida, where there is little or no demand for Crabs while having a over abundant supply... Prices are very good. $12/dozen or $20/2 dozen. I miss Florida prices.
Plus, there's also delicious crab cakes...yummy.

question?
Question everything... For most of what you hear is not the whole truth. Is not all the facts. Or are outright deceptions to influence the masses to someone else's thinking or agendas. Sad to think that politics, the media, and dare I say religions, are creating social division for their own purposes. Worse yet, they're all creating a society that is offended by everything and is intolerant of anyone that thinks differently. But that's just the way I see things... My perspective. Believe what you will. Feel as you feel. Don't forget those rose colored glasses. 
Crappy weekend
It's a gloomy crappy weekend here. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... Cloudy, rainy, 55 degrees for high, 44 at night. No outdoor activities. No cookout. And now no Amazon.
Yep... It's the end of my world as I know it.
Jokingly... But somewhat serious.

Panic
Panic grips the country. Growing up in the 1960s the country was in panic over possible Nuclear fallout from bombs. Public Fallout shelters, fallout supplies ( food and equipment), air raid drills in schools, survival books and supplies, and people building backyard shelters.
Uncertain times.
