Church today?

Very interesting article on the trends in religious climate. I generally don't express  political or religious thoughts mainly due to the fact that most of those with opposing views and beliefs, always think that it's not your right to have a personal choice (unless its the same as theirs) and will first try to convert you to their thoughts and beliefs, and then condemn you if you do not follow them. Just one of my many personal issues with others that  would judge and want to subdue my right to my personal beliefs and choices. Plus, in the religious standpoint, some would be the first to judge and condemn others, yet profess to be Christians... Very contradictory to what they claim to believe.

On the political front... Each party  would blame the other for decades of mismanagement when neither has, on the whole, accomplished anything that is purely for the common good. But that's just my personal observation and belief, as others would shout from the top the mountain how great their party is. Track records tell the story. Not being able to work together is solve issues, and blame others for their failures doesn't merit much respect.

But back on point...

Just something to consider: I will not judge you for your personal beliefs and personal choices, nor do I want to be judged for mine. Generally, the first thing to happen is for one person to judge another for not thinking or believing as they do. It's a personal choice... You are entitled to yours, as I am to mine. It would be nice if it was as simple as that.
