The Inner Harbor

[FLASHBACK]

Thinking back to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

We grew up and lived in near Baltimore most of our life. There are many things that we cherish from growing up and living there… but few things that we truly miss. Most things it falls into the category of “been there…done that… lots of times… don’t need to do it again”. However local food, as I would guess it is to most people, can be really missed… especially when you are away from it for years. Really good Steamed Crabs, Steamed Shrimp, and especially Crab Cakes, are on the list of the most missed. Baltimore’s Inner Harbor was also a treat, although somewhat less missed than the food. Both the Inner Harbor and the food are neatly packaged together to give you a great place to enjoy both great food and have sightseeing adventures. So here’s a few pics to refresh the memories.

the Great Food !

For the most part… here in the south…

the closest you get to Blue Crabs

is the picture on the wall.

But… snow crab legs do make an acceptable

substitution every once in a while…

My record… 18 snow crabs in one sitting.
