So…how do you want to see Disney??
Well… many people go to Disney at may different times of the year…. and that’s a good thing…however there’s always those dreaded weeks when too many people are already off from work or school and think it’s the perfect time to go to Disney. Here’s a couple of photos that demonstrate the difference between a slow non holiday - off season week and a week when way too many people think that a holiday week is the perfect time to go to Disney. You be the judge… I would think the choice is easy… but I’m always proved wrong!

Here’s a photo on a non-holiday week. Okay… nice, non crowded, easy to get around, almost no lines or wait times, a truly fun experience.
Now… here’s a photo of the same place… the path around Frontier Town. Now this does demonstrate the two extremes… but still… an accurate account of the what to expect. Here’s a peak holiday week when countless thousands of people thought it was the perfect time to go to Disney… and this wasn’t even the day when they closed down Magic Kingdom for being too crowded… ouch.
Quite the choice. So if you are planning a visit…Perhaps these tow photos will help you either decide… or be prepared for the worst.
I stood up on a wall to not only get this picture, but to avoid getting trampled. Plan well… have fun!
My favorite saying to those think of visiting on a holiday week was… “ It will take twice as long to see half as much” … but even that was grossly optimistic. Wow… 180 minutes sounds like a lot less than 3 hours. Lets see… 12 hour day at the park.. I should be able to get on… 4 rides or so today!
