Quiet times and small treasures…

There’s always something to see or do… the quiet times just gives you the chance to explore and discover. Look for the little things that normally wouldn’t even be noticed. The woods is always a good place to start.

You might discover a moth among the fallen leaves…

Or still another moth… closeup… and personal.

or a small family of mushrooms….

or a twosome nestled in the moss….

or a colorful dude all by itself…….

or just plainly strange growths….

strange indeed….

didn’t see any deer today… but lots of good pics.

so always have your camera handy. You never know what you are going to run across.

okay…. can you say… “lets get out of here!”

While this footprint might be confused for any number of different animals… I think I’ll just assume that it’s really a black bear track and head back. Good call…
