For the love of bacon...

Who doesn't love bacon. 
Okay... to each their own... 

But... If you don't like bacon...

We can not be friends. 

They say bacon is extremely bad health wise.

They use to say... every piece of bacon

takes 8 minutes off your life.

I'm not sure that is true. 
Doing the calculations... roughly...

Based on this... I died 27 years ago.

So... How bad can it really be. 

Final thoughts...

We're all gonna die from something...

It might as well be bacon. 

Breakfast today. 
Eggs & bacon.

Biscuits & bacon.

Hash browns & bacon. 
Sausage & bacon.

And some bacon on the side please.

What do you mean... There's no left over bacon?

Go figure. 

Some how... I think growing up in the 50s & 60s...

Our bodies got so use to dealing with not only bacon,

but everything cooked in bacon grease or lard.

(everything was cooked in bacon grease or lard)

Bacon grease was stored in a coffee can on top 

of the stove above the pilot light.
