Yep... Those were the days.

I didn't say they were good, 

but we all lived through them anyway.  

aka... TV dinners
Quick, easy, convenient, 

and relatively cheap,

as in 69¢ each.

2/$1 on sale. 

Mom and dad worked

so this was easy. 

These also give raise to the Tv tray tables.

That way you could eat in the living room, 

watching your favorite shows on the tv. 
Tv diverted your attention from the tv dinners.

And yes... They were as bad as they look. 
Some even worse. 

And those tables... 

They tipped over on the slightest dump. 
Oh darn... my peas & carotts are all on the floor. 

All this made McDonald's a real treat. 
15¢ burgers... 12¢ fries... 10¢ soda. 

Yep... Those were the days.
