Change

Change... It's always happening. Sometimes for the better. Sometimes not. Sometimes a good idea. And sometimes you foresee a train wreck in the making. I've seen countless issues that customers have with self checkout when they only have 10 self checkouts in the store. And that's the  smarter ones... the other ones are in the regular checkouts. Just imagine there was only self checkouts.
