Gloomy mornings result in gloomy thoughts... Especially if you watch the news.
Extreme weather at greater frequency. The climate has changed as the debate rages on. The intensity and ever increasing frequency is a factual clue. When you have 4 - 500 year storms & flooding within 3 years... that called a clue. Extreme rain, floods, wildfires, heat, cold, drought, hurricanes, damaging winds, huge 40-50 degree swings between highs & lows within 12 hours... They're all extreme weather patterns that are occurring frequently... seemingly to everyone's surprise. Even the media portrays the events as if surprised...really? Since 2000, its the new normal and the intensity & frequency will continue to raise. Yet.. It's a surprise to everyone...amazing.
Earthquakes, tidal waves, volcanoes & volcanic winter for years blocking out the sun.
But it could all be short lived by planet killing asteroid.
It's a never ending change in the Earth's cycle, and yes, probably sped up by humans.
Hopefully, the good news is, that in our lifetime we will not see world wide devastating catastrophes where food & water will be an issue as millions starve... countries, governments, and societies fail under the pressure... and collectively, most of the worlds population will have to fend for themselves... And fail at the attempt.
