Always. Hands down, our favorite time of the year at Disney. Basically running March, April, & May, its a Cornucopia of entertainment. Flowers & Gardens... Food... Merchandise... Mini Concerts. Plus the weather is breaking from the winter season and the days are getting longer (more daylight).
