Yell...

Stressed? Depressed? Frantic? Mad? Upset? Angry?
All emotions in response to negative issues.
Most are not very healthy... emotionally or physically!
Real feelings that will interfere with your own wellbeing.
Emotions that Interfere with your happiness!
So, why do we tolerate them?
Well, there's two reasons. Someone or something is directly doing something directly to you. Or, as in most cases,  something that you are doing to yourself. Something that YOU are allowing to negatively influence your life.
Well... good news... YOU do have choices... and its up to you.
1. You can continue letting all those negative influences negatively affect your life.
2. Or YOU can take control and change your life for the better.
TEST QUESTION : Is what's upsetting you within your control?  If the answer is no, then you need to forget about it, avoid it, distance yourself from it. If the answer is yes, are you going to do something about it now or later? If later, forget about it, put it out of your mind for now, and stop aggravating yourself.  If the answer is "now"...you need to do something about it... then go do it now, and eliminate the problem.  
Happiness starts with you. Somethings can not be avoided, ya just have to grow up and deal with it. Fortunately most things can be avoided, and your reactions to them can be controlled. Just depends how much you want to put yourself through, and how happy you want to be.
Me, I choose to be happy every minute of the day... everyday. It's an mental and emotional choice. So when something is disrupting your wellbeing and happiness, you control how you are going to let it affect you! 
If it's like the  "news" ... stop watching it! (like...Politics).
If it's someplace you go... stay away.
If it's some body... stay away from them.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL... YA JUST NEED TO TAKE ACTION TO MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY. Yes... It's that simple.
