No… it’s not a toast… maybe just a nudge to eating better, feeling better, and looking better. It’s never too late… well, maybe a little late if you’re over 50… but it surely can’t hurt. No great revelations, just a common sense approach to being a bit healthier.

Just add a little butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans…
I know, on the health meter sweet potato +2
butter, sugar, etc = - 5
Little lemon pepper and hot off the grill… yummy
great anytime…. meals or snacks
Great with a meal, salads, or snacks
Bring on those salads!
and reduce your cholesterol…
Gee… all my favorite foods.
So why wait for New Years to resolve to eat healthier…

The benefits for feeling and looking better diminish in direct proportion to the increase in age. Another words… it’s not a miracle… the aches and pains will still be there but hopefully a bit less… looking better, well, maybe a bit, but again 30 something is gone forever.
