For all our Rving and homebound friends. Great Lawn & Garden items. When we went Full-time Rving 7 years ago, I bought Gilmour Products for the new Rv. A good garden hose, and multiple quick connect couplers and shut off valves. They came with a Lifetime Guarantee. Over the years I’ve gotten great service from all the products… but as things do… they wear out or break over time. Each time, I have contacted Gilmour Customer Service, and they have replaced all the parts and even paid the postage. After 7 years of having the garden hose exposed to the water pressure and the hot sun (especially in Florida) it finally failed in the middle, got a bubble and burst. It was billed as the “Last Hose I’d ever have to buy”. I followed the instructions it came with… cut off the two ends… and sent it to Gilmour with a couple of worn out connectors. Within a week I had a new hose and the connectors replaced completely free of charge.
So my hats off to a great product from a great company. So the next time you need lawn & garden items… think about buying Gilmour.
