Call it being blessed, or call it what you will… for all of my adult life I never quite understood the feeling that might be called lonely… or maybe the word lonely is not entirely accurate. Here we are in a wonderful magical place… Disney World… lots to do, fun and friends all around… and yet seeing the pictures of my grand-girls on my computer desktop is a constant reminder of how much I miss them. Being so far away from them is… well… putting it the only way I know how, and being as understated as I can possibly be… I really miss them beyond belief. Just another choice in life that has unforeseen consequences. Can’t wait to see them in the Spring. I wonder if at their age, they really know how much you could possibly miss them.
Well… that’s my idle thought of the day.
