Disney Fireworks

 Did I mention Disney Fireworks
at Magic Kingdom.
Especially during the holidays.

Before projections on the castle,
The Castle was Frosted with lights,
and color lighting.

Disney Christmas

Disney Christmas

From my perspective which goes back 15 years... So things may not be exactly the same with all the changes. Christmas at Disney was always something very special. Disney Magic at the Happiest place on Earth... well, it lives up to all the expectations. Absolutely the best time/ seasons at Disney.  Especially at Magic Kingdom. The lights, the decorations, the music, and everything is themed and tied together. The rides, the attractions, and the shows,  along with all the Christmas events and festivities makes for a special visit. The Christmas Parade, the Castle, the character greets and the fireworks... wow... You couldn't ask for a better time.
Now this dates back to, like I said, 15 years ago. When crowds were only 30% of what they are today... and costs were 75% less. Fast passes were free, unlimited,  as much as you wanted,  and lines for everything was 30 minutes maximum for popular rides,  10-15 for moderate rides, and many were 5 minutes or less, or walk-ons. Of course holidays were different.  I use to say it would take you twice as long to see half as much. And even that's nothing compared to today.  So if you can get past the crowds where even getting around is difficult...  and the prices that allowed require a second mortgage... it could still be a Magical place, especially if you've never been there before. First timers will be amazed with it all.
As for myself... I have great memories.  Being cast members from 2004-2012, we got to see everything countless times over the years.  Generally 8-10 times every holiday season forv8 years... it never got old.

Here's some of those memories...
