That people can mimic all the positive traints of being human... while condemning others for their personal life choices... attacking their personal freedoms.
Self righteous attitude that judges and condemns others because they don't comply or confirm to their religious beliefs. Then seek to prejudice and persecute others that have absolutely no affect on their lives what so ever. Simply vengeful and hateful towards others.
They call themselves Christians... Doesn't seem very christian to me. But then again religious leaders set the tone for behavior saying that the constitution guarantees freedom of religion... BUT DOES NOT PROMISE FREEDOM FROM RELIGION. Clearly, religion reserves the right to pick & choose which teachings to follow, and which ones to ignore. And which teachings applies to others, but not to themselves.
But that practice of pick and choose goes back to when the king and church officials picked and chose which writtings were going into the bible, and which one would not be included... to fit their agendas of the time.
In any event... Celebrities that use their influence to judge and persecute others... they do not deserve any respect. Anyone that sides with those celebrities falls into the same category... no respect deserved.
