Virus questions...

Help me understand! The media has for several weeks stressed the fact that black communities are being infected by the virus at disproportionate rates 3 times higher than white communities. The media offers not explanation. Clearly the virus is not prejudice... which leaves two alternatives. Genetically they are more at risk, or they are not following protective procedures.

RESPONDSES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA:

There have been no studies done to determine if genetics play a role in virus infection rates differ in ethnic groups. 
In absence of any other explanations, the only one remaining is that protective procedures are not being followed. Masks, social distancing, and sanitation procedures are not being followed. 
This brings up the question... who is really to blame?
