My blog is and has always been set up not accept comments.
There's a couple of reasons.
1. Foremost... There's always those that feel a need to be rude.

2. Rude people encourage agreements.
3. And while positive comments would always be welcome, knowing that others agree or feel the same as me is effectively not needed.

4. My philosophy and intent in my posts is to offer some information, perhaps a different perspective, or just by chance something to bring a smile to your face.
5. Take from it what you will. I don't try to convince you of anything, and won't tell you that you have to think like me. Agree... disagree... Either is great... think for yourself... believe what you will. Everyone is entitled to feel as they wish without someone else telling them how they should feel.
So... There you have it. Take from it what you will.
