Short n’ Sweet

Yep… this on is gonna be Short n’ Sweet…

It’s great to be back at Lake Ridge in the South-West Virginia Mountains. This will be our Summer Home this year. Still looks nice… everything is green!

The Lake and the woods are beautiful…

and it’s almost like we got the place to ourselves…

except for a few of the locals…

We are down in the bottom section all by ourselves… all the other staff is on the upper section…

Mothers Day Weekend… little chilly but bright & sunny.

Only 3 campers here this weekend… “SLOW” … is NOT the word. But it is relaxing and we have a lot to do to go ready for the summer season that starts this Memorial Day. We are told the season will be cut short because School will start this year on August 1st due to the past winter snow days.

Wow… only two months… June & July… this will be a short Summer! We will be here until mid September before heading south for the winter.
