Hard to explain to someone who has no clue. It's a daily struggle being in pain or feeling sick on the inside while you look fine on the outside. Please put this as your status for at least 1 hour if you or someone you know has an invisible illness (Crohn's, PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Diabetes, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, MS, ME, Arthritis, Cancer, HEART DISEASE, EPILEPSY, Autism,M.D., Histiocytosis etc.) " Never judge what you don't understand, I know which of my friends will copy and paste.
NOT 1 OF MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS WILL COPY AND PASTE ( BUT I AM COUNTING ON A TRUE FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND TO DO IT)... IF YOU WOULD BE THERE FOR ME NO MATTER WHAT THEN COPY AND PASTE THIS... I'M DOING THIS TO PROVE A FRIEND WRONG THAT SOMEONE IS ALWAYS LISTENING...I CARE.

I don't usually copy and paste most facebook "pass-ons"... but I felt this was worth doing, no so much as to spread a message, but just to let them, and everyone else, that perhaps with a moment of pause and reflection, that we each have value to family and friends, and that we always hold them in our thoughts and well wishes.

Everyone sooner or later has a family member, friends, and loved ones, that suffer from illnesses that are always not so apparent. It's especially difficult when your own life is affected and changed. Daily life becomes and ever increasingly difficult ordeal that most others don't see. While businesses (work and jobs), and much of society as a whole, including the government, look at the old and or sick as being somewhat "throw-a-way"... it's always good to know that family and friends still share a genuine concern for your well being and value you as a person. No one can really feel your pain, but they quietly understand, at least to some degree, that you are not in a place that anyone would want to be. Hold fast to each day as a blessing, knowing that there are many that think of you often with well wishes and thoughts of kindness. We each have value to not only ourselves but to others, usually in ways that are not even apparent. It gives me great comfort to believe this as being true. It eases the minor health issues that effect my daily life now, and gives me hope that when the day comes, that I would have a major health issue, that I would have family and friends to offer support. Sometimes, little more them emotional support and understanding can be offered, but it lets you know that others are thinking good thoughts of you, and wishing you well. So be well, and feel better knowing that you have many friends that hold you in their thoughts. Be happy, smile and laugh everyday, for these are the fibers of life that make it all worth living.
